4. Liability

The Daycare will use reasonable care in the care and supervision of your pet. However, the Daycare is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your pet, including but not limited to, illness, injury, or death, arising from any cause, including negligence, unless such negligence is proven to be the direct result of the Daycare’s gross negligence.

5. Fees and Payment

Pricing for services is detailed on the website. Payment is due in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to pay may result in the termination of services.
